I'm picking up some TJ Flares today for $40 and going to go ahead and trim the fenders so I can get the tires under it while I figure out what to do about the lift exactly. will be cutting tomorrow hopefully.

what rims do you have? if they are stock offset you shouldnt need to trim anything for 31s. the problem with stock wheels is you rub the LCAs which is the reason for WJ LCAs.

if you have wider offset aftermarket wheels like i have you have the opposite problem they clear the LCAs but hit in the flairs

ordered my lift from Zone Offroad, have heard good things, and Scott talked me into it. :LOL: Should be here sometime this week but I'm going to portland next weekend to see a friend who's on leave from Afghanistan so it'll prolly be the following weekend.

I think I'll take you up on doing at your place Adam if thats still cool, dont really want to do it at the parents anymore for various reasons.

lift left Syracuse NY about an hour ago. sheduled delivery date is 2/11... I kinda hope its quicker than that. I'm not going out of town this weekend after all so It'd be nice to have. but I have plenty else to do, got finish cleaning up my wheels, paint my stock flares and get them put back on, need to do intake gasket so may do that this weekend as well.

I have an alternate rig to drive if needed so time is now less of a restraint. Adam, what day(s) next week would be best? Ideally I'd like to do it on Thursday, go for a run on Friday check and tighten everything because I may end up making my trip to p-town next weekend. Otherwise it'll be the following week before we can get it on, as much as I want my lift, I want to see my friend in portland as I didn't get a chance to hang out with him before he deployed

Thursday will work as long as your lift shows on time or even friday morning
It should only thake 3 or 4 hours to get it done and you would still have time for a test run

shoot, Thursday is no good... I have class on Thursday from 9:30 till 12:30. It looks like it'll have to wait, unless it gets here before Wednesday.
